Meet Ms. A. Miguel Perez
Educator | Instructional Leader | Restorative Practitioner | Advocate
With over two decades of experience in public education, Ms. A. Miguel Perez is a seasoned educator, trainer, coach, and advocate committed to strengthening people, transforming organizational culture and climate, and building healthier communities.
Her experience spans K–12 education and higher education, including serving as an adjunct professor at two Maryland institutions, where she has prepared aspiring criminal justice professionals, future educators, and educational leaders to lead with empathy, accountability, and cultural awareness.
Currently serving as an instructional specialist and coach, Ms. Perez champions educational equity, restorative approaches, wellness, and systemic change. Through Attune Practitioners, she bridges education, organizational development, and community empowerment to help individuals and institutions turn learning into meaningful action.
Her philosophy is simple: Strengthen people, nurture relationships, and create environments where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
